Park Hotel Cala di Lepre

In July I spent my holiday in Delphina Cala di Lepre resort, 10 days during Caronte hot temperature. Despite the hot I really enjoy my holiday, it was a wonderful time and this happened specially because the perfect hotellerie service offered in the resort. The food was a perfect mix of italian dishes cooked with expert knowledge (the fish was superb!!), the service offered at the restaurant exceeded, in my opinion, the 4 stars being able to reach higher levels. The dishes prepared near the pool were very tasty (I recommend the special non-alcoholic fruit cocktails prepared by the barman, really refreshing!!!). The place where the resort is located is excellent: although there is an always punctual shuttle service, having a sedentary job, I really appreciated the walks in the typical Sardinian greenery, the sea was azul color, always clean, the beach was well equipped and sometimes there were two lifeguards attentive and prepared to meet the needs. There was good WI-FI service for all the resort, although it slows down for few seconds. The courtesy and kindness I received from all the staff of the resort made my holiday exceptional and I thank you very much for all the smiles I have received; as well my wife got the same positive vibes from this holiday at the Cala di Lepre resort and in our next trip to Sardinia we will definitely choose this place, they are professionals in the hotel industry and I strongly recommend spending a vacation in Delphina for all who want to discover the world of Gallura, an unforgettable place in the world! In one word? I enjoy Sardinia! Thank You.

We have to ask a lot of things that we need for the room, and you need to wait all the time, like Tee set, blanket, chairs and so on, instead it should be prepared.. Today we went to the spa area which has heated seawater pool, but the water was not heated at all, although we made the reservation two days ago. The funny thing was, the employer introduced us the water temperature was around 30 degrees wenn he showed us around. After talking with the manager I got the explanation that it was suddenly broken in the night. What we can't understand is, should not be at least somebody/employer to check if everything ist working well(if the water ist warm for example), wenn he/she goes to work in the morning?! Wenn he/she finds the problems, they could tell uns at least. And we could plan something else with the children. It's definitely just wasting our time. Except lots of seafood in restaurant I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially to the family with small children. The mini clubs sounds better than it is. For such price I may expect more from a 4stars hotel.

Some described services not fulfilled (ex: Free Horse classes for children, restaurant a la carte was not open). Not adapted for families with small babies, older or disabled people because rooms are located on large area on the hill. Internal electrical shuttle are not going to all rooms. For aquatic sports you need to go to the next beach (400m walk). Top Management not willing to answer or be present if any special questions or complains (bad communication). Very positive is... Very nice location and beach as shown on Homepage! Excellent Food and flexible for special requests of allergies! TOP!!! Buffet Service employees very caring and nice!
